Do you mean that disabled people can’t read a site with CleanTalk?

Actually CleanTalk doesn’t filter requests to read site even if SpamFireWall is enabled. SpamFireWall transparently passes legitimate traffic to a site.

Any way I see a few options,
1. You can turn SpamFireWall off,
WordPress console -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.

2. Please submit any examples of false/positives here,
