doesnt work anymore

This plugin used to work fine as far as i can read, but it’s not working for me. For some reason it just won’t open any link on a new tab. I’m using a very lightweight theme (activello) and going back to a standard theme doesn’t make a difference.

If there is anything i could check or change to make it work again, it would be very much appreciated.
