doesn’t work as intended

  • Tried your plugin with latest WP, but it doesn’t work for me as intended. Have 1000+ original images.jpg with no folders under /upload. When uploading the same image twice, instead of overwriting it, get the image entry twice (different ID’s) in the Media Library, but linked to the same file (yes, have refreshed, many times, as the description says. Copy Meta Data is unchecked). Deleting one of them deletes the image for the other.

    During each upload, debug.log outputs []

    Copy Meta Data doesn’t do anything for me either.

    Tried with the Health Check & Troubleshooting in Troubleshooting mode, and the issue still stays the same.

    The similar plugin, Overwrite Uploads, works properly for me.
