    When I tried to see results for my ID on your page it took forever loading… loading… loading… loading… and that’s it. Adblock disabled, JS working line.

    If I use few other ebay IDs its work fine. What is wrong?

    When I try to generate short code on WP plugin it’s doesn’t work too.

    Hi @joe2024,

    Unfortunately your username has been blocked because the Advertising Disclosure was being hidden on your page, which is not allowed. The disclosure itself contains a link to this page which clearly explains this:

    Attempting to hide, obscure or modifying the disclosure puts the service at risk for all users. Therefore, Auction Nudge reserves the right to block any user who attempts to do so.

    This is an eBay requirement and I personally check each site. Once blocked, Auction Nudge will not display any content but does display a message in the browser console, which is what has happened here.

    This is to protect the service and ensure it remains available for all users, as eBay take the Advertising Disclosure very seriously.

    Hmm interesting. So, I’ll have to ask some questions to my former developer which is not easy as I didn’t contact him for sometime. Is there any suggestions how I can fix that problem? Sorry I’m not very good at programming.

    Apologies for my delayed response. Yes that’s right, because this eBay username has been blocked for not following the rules.

    As explained in the page linked from the disclousre itself:

    This means that if you are not happy with the Advertising Disclosure, then Auction Nudge is not the free tool for you.

    Users Found Hiding The Disclosure Will Be Blocked.

    This is to ensure the service remains available for all of the other users. There are other plugins available that you could try.

    ? I understand what you said about blocking. I explained that I’m not a programmer. Someone installed plugins for me and I have no idea how and what he did. My question was “How can I fix the problem”. What should I do with the “Advertising Disclosure” to make it work correctly? Should I fix something in code, or should I reinstall plugin or what? In my understanding “support” is something that helps users if something goes wrong and that was my hope when I registered to post a question.?

    I’m afraid I do not know what else to say, you can no longer use the Auction Nudge service because this eBay username has been blocked due to breaking the Advertising Disclosure rule. This rule is clearly explained and without enforcing it it would put the service at risk for everyone.

    I recommend trying another plugin.

    Ok. I understand your point and explanation. Username was blocked by you and even you understand that it happened without my knowledge and I’m in an unpleasant situation because of someone who was working for me a while ago you’re not willing to help me fix it based on the reason that it may “put the service at risk for everyone”. I really do not understand how restoring original functions could “put the service at risk for everyone” but I’m not expecting logic at this point.

    I was not asked to let me use a service with broken rules, I was asked for help to fix the broken rule. But now I clearly understand that your “enforcing rules” staying above your human nature. I assume you never did and never will do any mistakes in your life because if your kind of rules will ever apply to yourself you’ll be very disappointed.

    Well, I sure found another option that I’ll use and I appreciate your replies. There I got nothing in “support” but it’s fine. Show must go on. ??
