• I copied the code for defining admin users from AAM to ConfigPress but that crashed the whole website. I had to delete the plugin to get access to the website again. As there’s no reaction on my support mail to AAM since two weeks, I always have to switch of AAM and can not install ConfigPress, to change the user rights and roles.

I will now search for another plugin which can restrict the access better and is more user friendly (the usability of ConfigPress and AAM is horrible, but in the past the functions were ok).

    Hi DELUCKS,

I’m sorry for your bad experience with AAM. But please understand that ConfigPress as a stand-alone plugin has nothing todo with Advanced Access Manager plugin.

Also make sure that your PHP version is 5.3.0 or higher.

    Thank you,
    Vasyl
