    Hi,

    You are not using the default WordPress comments. I suspect it is jetpack, some other plugin or your theme. That is why it is not working. Try to find the plugin being used in your WP install to manage comments and disable that.

    Thank you, yes, it was Jetpack! Removed the Jetpack comments plug in, reactivated the QuantumCloud plugin and it works perfectly. Thank you!
