Doesn’t work at all on my site

    Hi,

    This plug in works brilliantly on one of my sites. I installed it on my other site and it doesn’t do anything at all???

    We have checked your website and noticed that you are currently using a Cache plugin and there is a cache generated there.

    Firstly, you can make a DB backup for your safety (you can use Updraft Plus).
    Then, please clear all the caches and let us know whether the issue persists or not.

    Hi,
    I have done as you said and the issue still persists. I’m using a Mac, but that shouldn’t make a difference should it?

    Thank you for your reply.

    We have checked and noticed that you have a plugin (most presumably, WP Optimize) that makes all the scripts of your website appear on one line.

    So, please either get in touch with them so that they can make the corresponding fixes in this regard (so that our scripts can’t be affected).
    Or we need to manually remove the comment section from your end.

    Please note, that in order to check your case and manually remove the comment section, we need to test the case visually.
