Doesn’t work — becomes unreliable

  • I have been working with tech support over two weeks trying to get the plugin to work and take a credit card. It just goes in loops from the signup page to the forms and back. Support says they want to test it on a different theme as if that’s a good idea when it is a live website for a client. Oh well. Didn’t expect much more. Going to switch to https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/

    Hello tonylocke,

    I’m sorry to hear that Membership did not work for you – testing theme (and other plugins) is standard procedure to check for conflicts. We do understand that it might me not possible on live site – so it’s good practice to have a staging site to test new plugis before implementing on live sites (there is always a risk of conflicts and errors that can break site).

    If you decide to give our plugin another chance on staging site where full conflict test can be done please feel free to reopen your support thread.
