Doesn’t work, developer won’t provide support!

I tried using this on different websites and it does not work! I contacted the developer hoping they would respond with a fix and all they said is that it works. I requested them to take a look and fix it and they have not responded and it’s been several days. The bottom line, this plugin DOES NOT work! Save your time and use a different plugin!
