doesn't work for me

Hey,

I have just installed WP.

I put the wp-admin-no-show.php in the plugins directory.
I activted the plug in from the admin panel.

unfortunately, i can not see the ‘settings’ link as i see on other plugin.

I believe that the reason causing the above, is also the reason of the plugin not working entirely.

is there an apply button i havent clicked or a reset?
