Doesnt work for me

Hey, whatever i use the score remains the same. Further when i move scripts to footer and use Load CSS asynchronously and Insert all CSS styles inline to the footer, page PageSpeed Insights still show ” Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”. Looking at the links all are from cdn . How to fix this.
Second weird thing i use w3 and cloudlare to minify css,javacript and html and still is showing as to fix.
Any idea what to do ?
