doesn’t work for some sites

    I have multiple sites in UpdraftPlus, which work fine. But some sites give an error when trying to update/backup: Empty response from remote site
    or with direct connection method: Failed (http_post_fail)

    What does this error mean? Where do I need to look to fix?

    I tried different connection method, also re-adding the key, but this did not help. All connection method give an error.

    Hi,

    An empty response from the site indicates that the connection is being cut off, possibly by a firewall.
    Could you (or your hosts) please check the firewall logs to confirm if this is the case?
