Doesn't work for youtube if ID isn't first parameter

Testing with an URL like https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=613&v=iO0XMCH6PCo I see that thumbnails doesn’t get grabbed. Changing the URL to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iO0XMCH6PCo&time_continue=613 everything works fine.
Adding
&v=to yourpreg_matchin addition to?v=should make the plugin more flexible.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/automatic-featured-images-from-videos/
