    I am not getting a shortcode.

    I uploaded the plugin and reviewed the settings.
    I read the instructions.
    I went into the cache setting on the site and excluded the Premium URIs.
    I’m on the latest version of WordPress.
    I’m in the latest version of the theme.
    I have deleted the PDF and tried to re-upload.
    I’ve tried different PDFs.
    I’ve tried different browsers.
    I found a support thread that mentioned writing the shortcode in when working with the Divi Theme. I’ve tried to write the short code in from the example on the Support Page of your site but the link is no longer active. Nothing seems to work.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi @rowhouse,

    I’m not sure if you still require help with this. There isn’t an instance of the PDF Embedder code on that page but there are image files of the the PDFs. Perhaps the wrong module was used (i.e. an image module instead of a text-based module). For step by step instructions, please see https://wp-pdf.com/kb/drag-and-drop-layout-builders/
