Doesn't work in Chrome

Banner ads (using WordPress media) don’t seem to work in Chrome.
Case in point:
As you can see in Firefox there is an ad on top of the right sidebar at https://admissions.sg/interview-with-ie-admissions-director-viet-ha-tran/But the same page shows no ad in Chrome! ??
