Doesn’t work in Classic Editor in WP 5.2.2

  • It may have worked at one time but it is not possible to get version 3.3.7 to work in WordPress 5.2.2 using the Classic Editor. The video shows you have to fill out a form to develop the shortcode for a page but you can only get to it by clicking a button that is supposed to be in the Page editor but it isn’t there so you can’t get to the form. Very complicated to use even if the button was there. (The widget works for sidebars, which is why I can give it one star. I’d give it a half star if I could.)

    @sleeplessindc please provide a screenshot of the toolbar where you see the rest of the buttons from both the post and page edit screens. I’m not sure why you assume “Very complicated to use even if the button was there” when you don’t see the button in the first place ?? Btw, https://prnt.sc/oauaxy is how the button should look.
