Doesnt work in custom widget area

Hi,

Great plugin but I cant seem to get this to work in a custom widget area. The filter options only sometimes become checked after i click on it a few times. e.g if i click ‘large’ nothing happens but sometimes it does. Works fine in the standard woocommerce sidebar area.

Any ideas what could be causing this ?
