Doesn’t work in widgets?

    I used the shortcode in a post/page and it works perfectly – but widgets don’t convert?

    Any ideas here?

    Hi,

    It all depends on the widget into which you are placing the shortcode.

    Some shortcodes support it, some don’t. But where ever shortcode support is there, shortcoder execution will take place.
    Text widget I guess supports shortcodes.
