• I was excited when I came across snapppt. I spent a few hours building our shoppable feed and was excited to integrate it into our website. When integrating, it did not work. It broke the website page. I paid a developer to look into the issues and the developer said it was an Snapppt issue. When I reached out to snapppt, they said their developers would look into it the next day. Then, after over three follow-up emails over two weeks, they have ghosted me and will not reply.

    Agree, support is rather strange. No real support resources available with exception of a few help blog posts without the option to answer / comment.

    No published contact form nor email address as well. This is rather upsetting and not what a user of their product would want to experience. Hope that the Snapppt teams takes such matters much more serious. User experience is key.

    Good, if not even excellent idea, but bad execution.
