    I spent a lot of time setting up a card and it simply doesn’t work. The owner is not a native English speaker so a lot of the instructions are confusing, the messages your customer sees are in bad English, and he doesn’t respond to support requests properly. Don’t waste your time….

    Thank you for your review. Regrettably, you placed a bad review without giving a chance to help you through our support system. We never received a support ticket from you. We’re all native English speakers as this is our first language. I’m not sure, if you’re trying to be humorous or insulting, but our happy customers will disagree with you.

    I am simply laying out the facts. If you cannot see the inaccuracies and bad grammar, it is easy enough to find someone who can help you with that. I waited nearly a week for a response which, these days, isn’t good. I cannot help it if, as you say, you don’t bother to check your WordPress queries very often, but I also emailed you several days ago and got no response to that either.

    While I am not totally satisfied with the software they did respond to me quickly but their answer was unacceptable.
