    On android the google pay disappears at the top of the checkout and the also the pay by square option doesn’t open up the card details box.

    It works on windows desktop, also works on a browser when brought down to mobile dimensions.

    Is there a known issue with using the plugin on mobiles?

    Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

    Also, what’s the browser you’re testing with on your android device?

    I went to your site to check the Gpay button, but even on desktop, every product I tried only had a “call now” option. I saw several products and none of them had a “add to cart” option so I could see the checkout page.

    Do you see the add to cart option on all products?

    If there are only some products with this option, can you please share the URL of some so we can check them from our end?

    I added this product to the cart and went to the checkout page on desktop and I’m still not seeing the Google Pay option there.

    I see that even card payments are not working properly on the checkout page.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for Woo and Square
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    THanks. We narrowed it down to the javacript optimisition in the siteground optimiser plugin. Are you able to test your end?

    Indeed, JavaScript optimisation can cause problems in WooCommerce. I’m able to see the button now.
