Doesnt work on multiple sites with multiple themes

  • I really dont like giving bad reviews but the plugin doesnt work. I tried it locally and on staging sites with multiple themes (Storefront, Twentytwenty & a custom theme). Sorry…

    We’ve just tried the plugin in our installation and it works fine!
    Please try to:

    • deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Added to Cart Popup active
    • activate the TwentyTwenty theme
    • click on “Reset Defaults” in YITH > Added to Cart Popup
    • enable the “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives” option in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behaviour

    After that, try opening your Shop page and click on “Add to cart” button of one of your products and let us know if the popup is correctly shown.
