Doesn’t Work Out of the Box

Still waiting to see if their support will follow through, but looks like they are in India, which means for me I’m waiting at least an extra day to get a response.

The product simply doesn’t work for me. Doesn’t import, scheduler is non-responsive. I’ve filed a ticket with support and I’m waiting – it’s been a day. Not a great experience if you actually need the product to work when you buy it.
