Doesn't work properly with W3TC

I’m also using adblock and W3TC on my website and everything works well.
Page caching + files minification (manual mode) are enable.
The popup is generated by the JS script, so it couldn’t be cached as generated DOM by W3TC.
Are you using a CDN? If yes, it may be the cause of the issue.

Have you tried to use the in-place message to place before the usual ad placement? The HTML gets cached and I see both – the ads and the message when AdBlocker is disabled.

Yes, I use it on my demo page too : https://b-website.com/adblock-notify-plugin-for-wordpress
And alternative message is also inserted with Javascript in the right place.

Have you got any suggestions how it happened if it’s not page caching?

Hmmm, are you sure you choose the right selector when you define the add container?
It may be the problem if the size (height) of this container is 0 even if the ad is display.
Can you provide a link?

I took it off-line for the time being, but I will put it on our test site tomorrow and post a link. Thanks for looking into this.

I used the popup option instead as it was difficult to replicate the issue on my test server.
