Doesn’t work right — bad support

Bought the pro version. Many of the features do not work right and the support is terrible. They claim they have great support but when you create a ticket, they always tell you they don’t cover that particular part of their theme etc. I have purchased many themes and I can honestly say that this is the worst experience I have ever had. Do not waste money with this company that does not support their products.
