Fraudsters – Avoid!!! Doesn’t Work – Support Terrible

AVOID!!!!! I’ve had it with these people – whatever you do **DON’T BUY** the pro version of this, it does nothing. I’m at my wits end with this software and the amount of problems with the sellable ads. The plugin isn’t working and trying to get any kind of reply from these people is virtually impossible, you wait forever, have to constantly chase them and when they do reply they ask questions that you’ve already answered, wasting even more time. I bought the pro version and am still getting ignored by support. The plugin is not ready to be used. It leaves you with paying customers asking where their adverts are – an embarrassing and unprofessional situation. Buy elsewhere, I wish I had.

Edit: I had to talk the developers step by step though all the things this plugin was missing and all the things that were not working and I lost customers over it. In the end I deleted the software and asked (many times) for a refund as it was fraud claiming an item worked when it clearly did not. They refuse to give a refund, instead just sending me a copy-paste reply telling me how things will get better – the WORST excuse for customer support I have ever known and these people are not developers, they haven’t got a clue that they are doing.
