Doesn’t work, there is no Taxonomy Order that appears in my custom post types

As per this post, hierarchical has to be true

There was no detail about this. It would be good if it still shows the link but showed a message to enable hierarchical.

Also, I dont want hierarchical, it should be possible to reorder categories that are not hierarchical.

Thank you, @amityweb for this post- I had no idea why certain taxonomies were showing as sortable and others weren’t, and this explains it. It’s definitely critical information that only hierarchical taxonomies are supported!
