Doesn’t work well with Lightspeed Cache/Server

– Admin and subscription email notifications don’t get sent with Lightspeed Cache plugin enabled.
– The same is available if Wordfence plugin is enabled.
– Bulk emails are not sending from USERS page by pressing SEND EMAIL button if the above plugins are enabled. Individual emails are sent though, after accessing the VIEW page.
– Button styling in the SETTINGS does not work. I had to change the template PHP files to modify the appearance of the button.
– No checkbox for GPRD policy in the subscription form.
– No possibility to add a link to privacy policy (except if modifying the PHP template).
