    We are not clear about the shortcode issue you have mentioned as the shortcode is not from our plugin. To clarify the issue properly please let us know the step by step process so we can reproduce it on our end.

    It would be more easier for us if you tell us where (which template) you are using the shortcode? Is this shortcode coming from any plugin? Please share the name also.
