Are you sure you have the right plugin forum? This widget does not ship with a shortcode.

If you are using this plugin then you could be hitting a core bug. Your username is long and it will result in a broken transient: https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/15058 .. Can you provide some example code or a link to your site?
