I get this error when trying to checkout with a product bundle via Woocommerce Auth.net payment gateway:

Release Payment Failed: Code: E00003, Message: The element ‘lineItems’ in namespace ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd’ has invalid child element ‘description’ in namespace ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd’. List of possible elements expected: ‘name’ in namespace ‘AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd’.
An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.

I would like to fix this error, thanks.

    Hey @passionpen,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This error seems to be generated by the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway — can you please get in touch with the developers of the Authorize.Net plugin and bring it to their attention?

Moreover, can you please clarify if this issue shows up only when you try to purchase a Product Bundle? If so, then does this issue persist if you disable the Variation Bundles mini-extension?

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Cheers,

    Hi Jason,

To clarify, I have disabled every single plugin on the site and enabled them in the most logical order until discovering the error to occur with the product bundles plugin. I re-enabled all plugin and disabled the product bundles plugin, there is no error or issues with the SkyVerge Auth.net payment gateway when checking out with a non bundled items. The error only arises when checking out with a product bundle line item whether or not your plugin is enabled or not.

I did have both mini-extensions enabled (variation & bulk discounts), I tried disabling both and the error will still not allow a successful checkout when both are disabled.

I have also forwarded the above information to SkyVerge (Auth.net payment gateway developer).

    Thanks for your greatest efforts.

    Hey @passionpen,

Thank you for the additional details and for already contacting SkyVerge about this!

From your description, I understand that this issue shows up when only WooCommerce, Product Bundles and Authorize.net are active. Is that right?

If so, then since this issue is about Product Bundles and not the Variation Bundles mini-extension, could you please submit a new support request via your WooCommerce.com account dashboard at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/marketplace-ticket-form/? Once you do this, your request will be forwarded to our HelpDesk and our entire team will have a chance to take a look at this.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers,
