    Make sure GD library is available on the server.

    Also getting the error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagetypes() in /var/www/html/restorativemedicine_org/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/captcha.php on line 37

    – GD Library is available (HostGator hosting).
    – WP 3.5
    – Contact Form7 3.2.2
    – Really Simple CAPTCHA 1.5
