Doesn’t work with CPTs created by certain plugins

The admin sort drag & drop still works on these, but not the special interface.
Also, the “Use query ASC / DESC parameter” option does not work well. To get the posts to display on a CPT archive in the order shown in the admin, this option must be unchecked; but with this option unchecked, you cannot use
orderparameter to change the order.
