• The plugin works well for most things, but is not compatible with discount rules/variable products. When you contact support, you receive an automated email with a ticket number and are told they will respond with 48 hours. We have had two major issues and both tickets were never responded to. I had to start getting to my desk early to try to catch someone on chat. Our last issue had an outstanding ticket since December 31st (13 days not counting holiday). The issue caused our store to be useless. I finally caught support online on January 11 & spent over 2 hours on chat while they tried to figure the issue out. It turned out that their plugin is not compatible with any discount rules plugin, even there own. They asked me to forward a copy of my discount plugin and gave it to their developers. I was asked to wait and ensured the developers would contact me within 1 day. THREE DAYS later, I finally caught support on chat again and was told they couldn’t make their plugin compatible. So if you have any issues, you will wait and wait and wait. (P.S. finally had the idea to contact the discount rules plugin support & they gave me a fix for the issue in less than 24 hours.)
