Doesn’t work with Divi

    It doesn’t work with Divi. There’s no way to add a Sirv image from the visual builder. What a waste of time!

  • The Sirv plugin can be used by Divi builder. Sirv has 2 primary functions:

    1. Sirv automatically copies your WordPress media library to Sirv and optimizes/serves the images from Sirv. This works on all WordPress websites, including Divi sites.

    2. Sirv also gives you an “Add Sirv Media” button, to embed images into your page. It’s an alternative to the default WordPress “Add Media” button. This button should show in Divi, but is at the mercy of changes to Divi. The trouble with Divi (and other builders) is that they change WordPress so radically, they can break other plugins.

    @jasonbear, which version of the Sirv plugin are you using?

    We’ve tested all recent versions and Divi works correctly with the latest Sirv plugin (v3.2.2). However, the “Add Sirv Media” button doesn’t work in Divi if the you’re using an older Sirv plugin version between v3.0 and v3.2.2.
