Doesn't work with featured Image send by email?

    I publish entries on my blog by email. I have a plugin that takes the first image of one email and make this image as featured image. And looks that in this case the plugin doesn’t work ??

    Is right? Ony works when you upload manually the images? Doesn’t work if you send th eimages by email?

    If the plugin uses non-standard way of uploading images, then to get it to work properly your plugin author will need to do some work. Basically what they need to do is make sure that wp_handle_upload is called so that WordPress can properly add the images that are uploaded.
