    Hi,
Have you guys got any workaround to make your plugin work together with WP Rocket? On sites that have WP Rocket installed, the Pixel tracking doesn’t work. When I disable WP Rocket, then it works.

It does work with WP Rocket.

You probably just need to clear your cache, or adjust your JS settings. In essence, our JS files should be excluded. Not sure if WP Rocket has such options, but I expect they do.

    Hi,
I have tried all sorts of things, the pixel is seen in the helper, but when one tries to create events to track, FB says that it can’t detect the pixel. How do I know what JS files need to be excluded from your plugin?

    1. If the pixel is detected by the Pixel Helper, it means it works. Not sure what you mean by “trying to create events”. Events must be configured inside the plugin and only if necessary.

    2. js files that include “pys”. You can open the page source and search for “pys”.

    Hi,
When one tries to add an event From The Pixel using the Event Setup Tool in Meta Business Manager, it comes back with an error saying that there is no pixel found when entering the web address. I can see the default events are firing/tracking, but why can’t I setup new events?

DON’T configure event using that tool. If you use our plugin, you must configure events on the plugin’s Events page.

The reason is simple: events configure using Meta’s tool will not work server-side. That’s a browser-only tool.

As for why it doesn’t work, I can’t answer your question. It does normally work and I am not aware of such a problem. You can contact Meta’s support about it. However, as mentioned previously, you should not use it to configure events if you want them to work server-side too.

PS. Keep in mind that the plugin fires a number of events automatically. Make sure you really need to configure new events. Example: we fire all the required events for WooCommerce.

    Hi,
Thank you for the feedback and information. Doing more testing, I was starting to come to the conclusion that I should maybe not be using that tool if I’m using the plugin.
As you mentioned as well, the pixel does appear to be working as I can see events being tracked in Meta Events Manager.
