Doesn't work with qtranslate

Nice plugin but doesn’t work on multilangual site.
I’m using qtranslate slug to optimize my single pages permalinks and I need to make some redirect so I try to use this plugin with no result
for example:
from /old-page-url/ to /new-page-url/ it works
but
from /es/old-page-url/ to /es/new-page-url
nothing happens
