The form is on this page, you likely won’t be able to see it though. It only shows if I deactivate then reactivate Redux Framework plugin. If there’s any known solutions or future bug fixes, I would appreciate knowing about it. Thank You.

    Hello @faulknordonald

Hope you are doing well today.

We don’t have any similar reports, I tried to reproduce this issue by installing the Redux Framework in my lab site but forms were working fine on my end.

I believe your issue is caused by another plugin, for example, the Auto optimize plugin could be related to this issue, my suggestion is to first try disabling that plugin and if that is helpful change the form render setting in the form editor -> behavior tab that usually can fix the render issues.

If that wasn’t helpful you need to exclude forminator files from auto-optimize plugin.

    Kind Regards

To replicate the issue, you can try putting the Forminator shortcode into an Elementor page with Redux. I’ve learned that if I move the forminator shortcode from Elementor to Block Editor, forminator works. But it will also work in Elementor if Redux isn’t active. It’s like a 3 way conflict between Elementor, Redux, and Forminator.

    Hello @faulknordonald,

    Thank you for the details.

I’ve tested it on a lab site with a few forms, but still couldn’t reproduce the issue. The forms were loading fine on Elementor pages with Redux.

As this might be caused by another plugin or theme interfering, you can run a full conflict test on the staging site: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test.

In case the issue persists even with other plugins disabled, and with the default theme activated, could you please share the form export with us, for our techs to import and test it on our end.

You can export the form after pressing the gear icon, as explained here, and then share the file via Google Drive, Dropbox, Pastebin.com, or a similar service.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro
