• Give me a 400 error when a person goes to pay.

And even more, in stripe log shows the amount without decimals, so an amount of 20.00 euros becomes to 2000!!!!!!!

Please, fix it! I need it as soon as possible ??

No, sorry. I changed the pay method to paypal and everything went ok. We could not have time to investigate the issue, sorry ??

The “2000” that you see is the currency’s fractional unit (e.g., pennies), rather than the base unit (e.g., dollars). Stripe’s API requests the amount in fractional units, so your customers should be charged the correct amount. You can verify that in your Stripe.com dashboard.

For the error, do you have the “Event Name” filled in under Tickets > Setup ?
