Doesn't work with the "Widget Title Links" plugin

Thanks Shazdeh for the quick response, that works great with the widget titles plugin but now it’s broken the class and link insertion on the “enhanced text widget” which i was also using elsewhere in the website. I’ve reverted back to the previous version for now.
