Doesn’t work with the WP App for Android

WPFront User Role Pro works well enough when the site is accessed through the Internet, but when someone downloads and installs the WordPress App on their Smartphone, the media library of other authors or editors is still visible to all users with author and editor roles although the capability “read_others_attachments” in the media settings has been disabled. The author and editor roles can use images of any other user without express permission.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Please note that the author role is required and the plugin “View own posts and media library items only” By Vladimir Garagulya has been installed. But activated or not, there’s no difference to the autors / editors being able to view and use other users’ images.
