Doesn’t Work with User Taxonomies

  • Hi,

    I’ve been using this plugin to re-order my custom taxonomies which is working great, I’ve however just tried to re-order a custom taxonomy that I’ve create against the users post type. I’ve made sure that the taxonomy is hierarchical but there is no link to order the taxonomy.

    Is this possible, is there a hidden URL I can go to to access this functionality or will I need to look elsewhere?

    Hi Ben,
    This should work fine, indeed the taxonomy need to be set as hierarchical. Does it use a custom menu or default Posts ?

    The custom taxonomy is against the ‘User’ post type so I’d expect it to appear there. In the meantime, I’ve fixed this by also assigning the custom taxonomy to the regular ‘Post’ type but I’m not really satisfied with this as a solution as it’s muddying up the CMS.
