Doesnt work with Very High size image

Hello Jason,

It works with most of the image but not with very high resolution size image. Please check error: https://screencast.com/t/2TtoN21NgM

Image size was above 8.75MB with resolution: 7360×4912 px.
memory_limit is 512M (I tried upto 1G).

Also function image_resize() looks deprecated and replaced with WP_Image_Editor()

Please update function and try if it could support high size/resolution images.
