The plugin is compatible with WordPress 3.5 and BuddyPress 1.6+ BUT BuddyPress has its own toolbar settings that may override the plugins settings. One case in point is BuddyPress’ ‘show toolbar for logged out users’ which makes the toolbar visible to everyone when not logged in. The plugin is only designed to hide it for logged in users (which it does). That feature of BuddyPress is not the standard in regular WordPress installs.

Make sure you have it set up in the settings (remember you are checking the roles you want to HIDE it from) and save it. Then check your BuddyPress settings if you don’t want it on all the time when logged out.

Also note, this plugin does not remove the toolbar from the admin area – just the front end of the site.

    danielmhd,
The plugin works in 3.5.1, so you need to check a few things on your end.
First, make sure you have it turned on. After you activate it, you need to go into the settings and enable it for the user levels you want it to be hidden for. And you need to be logged in as an admin to change the settings (located in Settings/Hide Toolbar Options).

Then check the levels to hide it for and save it. Keep in mind, this only hides the Toolbar on the FRONT end, NOT the admin area. WordPress does not allow for hiding that one.

If it still does not work, then it might be a theme or plugin conflict. Let me know what theme and plugins you have installed and I’ll try to help.

    Warm regards,
    Don
