• Hi spiderguy252,

    What version of SPT are you running? I’m running 2.0.6.2 and WordPress 3.6 and all seems to be working fine, maybe a downgrade may be in order until Mr. Griffin posts an update.

    Thanks for the heads up by the way.

    There have been no major changes from 2.0.6.2 to 2.0.8 that would effect this.

    What happens when you try to load a template?

    Thanks for the replies.

    We have multiple templates saved that our authors call upon depending on the nature of our posts. After the update, when the particular template is selected and ‘Load Template’ clicked, only the title changes to “Template Name”, but there is no difference in the editor – it’s blank, regardless of whether or not there was text in it previously.

    My domain is spydistrict.com , if it helps.

    Okay, just changed one of the template’s contents to “Testing” and it showed up.

    Which means it’s potentially a problem with the content that I want initially rendered? Here is one, for example:

    <img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3353" src="https://spydistrict.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/music.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="320" />

    I tested that template content in Simple Post Template 2.0.8 and had no problems.

    Are you still having issues?

    Had the same problem — previously created templates stopped working after upgrade to 3.6.1. At spiderguy’s suggestion I opened the templates and hit “save” on each of them, without modifying the contents. Then the problem went away. Sweet!

    So, after the WP update, you could see the templates in the settings area, but selecting them from the editor didn’t work?

    But re-saving each template fixed it?

    So weird!
