The plugin doesn’t work with WPML Multilingual CMS enabled.

When de-activating the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin the DHL shipping is working within the orders. When activated the DHL plugin disappeared.

Is there a solution to let the plugin work with multi language webshops?

Can you specify what disappears exactly and on which page?

    thanks for your reply.

When you open a new customer order on the right side of the order there is the DHL widget. The widget is visible when de-activating WPML. I can print labels.

When activating the WPML plugin the DHL widget on the right side of the screen is not visible. I can not print labels.

    Hope this helps.

I have tested the plugin with WPML and it seems to work. Are all of these plugins updated to their latest version?

WPML has lot’s of plugins for WordPress. The one of WPML that is causing problems is: WooCommerce Multilingual

Today I spoke to DHL and they know about it already.

Can you ensure that the WPML and WooCommerce versions are up to date?

    Hi Websyflex, mtoppers, Shadi,

Are you using the plugin from the countries the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg or Zwitserland? If yes, there’s a reported WPML issue that we are aware of for DHL Parcel that we’re aware of and working on it as we speak.

I’ve contacted the WPML team in order to resolve this issue. I’ll keep everyone up-to-date. Sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, DHL Parcel users can use My DHL Parcel to send their shipment, instead of using the built-in functionality in de plugin.

If anyone can provide me the exact scenario of what’s going wrong, it would speed up the debug process immensely. Also if you’re been a longer user of both plugins, is this caused by an update?

    Hi DreamPress,

A fix is currently completed in the development branch. At the moment it’s going through the approval process before release, but the update should be online soon and I’ll update this post when it is.

    Hi Websyflex, mtoppers and DreamPress,

The plugin has been updated to 1.3.6, which includes the WPML fix for DHL Parcel users. Please update to the latest version to include this fix.
Thanks for your patience and thanks for using the plugin.

Does it work with Polylang in Switzerland?

    (@shindhl)

    Hi sevun,

Please report any issues if it doesn’t. The changes made were not WPML specific, but rather a certain way of loading prevented the plugin from working. That has been ironed out, so I assume it shouldn’t have issues with most plugins.

    Greetings,
    Shin
