Doesn't work with WPML (multi language site)

Great plugin!
Is it compatible with WPML? Seems not.
I’ve tried it in my menu (automatic population from post type) but in my the second language doesn’t work; it doesn’t read the category translated in the second language and it destroy all my menu.
Any ideas?Thanks,
