    Hi @prammer

I hope you are doing well.

I have also set up a fresh and updated environment, and I can translate BetterDocs strings using WPML.

    Here is the screencast: https://d.pr/v/8unRvT

So, can you please check and share your screen recording with us?

    Thank you

    Hi @zebaafiashama

You need to translate the domain strings admin_texts_betterdocs_settings. They are responsible for those lines that are rewritten in the Betterdocs plugin Settings, and not taken from the Po/Mo translation file.

    Thank you

    @zebaafiashama also found a bug

When you relink a document post, its link turns into https://website.com/docs?knowledge_base=URL when you duplicate it into another WPML language.

    Hi?@zebaafiashama

I have tried to reproduce the issue but couldn’t do it. Can you please confirm that you are using the dev version now?

After, please share some screenshots or screen recordings so that I can try to reproduce them on my end and share the issue with the dev team.

    WordPress 6.4.2 / BetterDocs 3.2.0 / WPML 4.6.

I go to single Doc and select a piece of text to create a link, select it.

As you can see in the screenshot, my documentation is in the /brain subdirectory ( site.com/brain ) and has the correct link for now.

But if I duplicate it in another language, taking into account the fact that there is already an article in another language, to which the link should be automatically picked up, then it has the following form.

As you can see, for some reason it adds the suffix ?knowledge_base instead of docs , as in the screenshot above.

Also noticed that the link on the first language version, which I’m building from scratch rather than duplicating from the built one, also gets confused about adding the suffix.

If something is not clear, I am ready to describe it again in detail.

    Hi prammer,

Thanks for sharing the details with us. I have checked this by duplicating the doc in another language and found that it is showing sitename.com/docs in the prefix. I didn’t see any suffix there. Please check this screencast of the duplicated doc: https://d.pr/v/v9eQCM

Will you please provide the screencast of the overall scenario so that we can check and assist you?

    Thank you.
