    Hi,

    So this took countless hours to narrow down what as causing issues with Zapier not being able to access our WP site.

    We tried to figure out which plugin was causing the problems before, but then Zapier started working with all of them turned on so we couldn’t figure out the problem.

    Well, this time around when again problems & countless hours of troubleshooting, we finally figured out it’s this plugin.

    Can you fix it to work with XMLRPC pls.?

    We narrowed it down to the captcha on the login form.

    Please describe your problem in more detail. What problem do you have and after which actions? Provide a link and screenshots to the page where the problem occurs. Since it is not clear what are you talking about.

    Hi there,

    If you don’t know what zapier does, it allows you to connect 2 totally different sites together.

    So in this instance, it will be WP to Twitter. Every time I create a new post, it will tweet that post to Twitter.

    Now sorry, to be clear, every time zapier tries to connect to XMLRPC, it says the user name & p/w is invalid & when we turn off your plugin, it works.

    We narrowed it down to an issue with the users’ login area & the captcha.

    Hi,

    So I did that, but then had MAJOR issues (still do) with your support ticketing system.

    I don’t understand why I have to create a log in just to e-mail you after I created the ticket.

    But I did that anyway & then I couldn’t log in no matter what I did.

    Last Pass saved the login info, but you are using a different URL for your tickets & every time I go to the URL that was in the e-mail, it would take me to https://support.bestwebsoft.com/ instead of your zendesk area, & I couldn’t log in.

    That’s what the login seems to be associated with.

    We wasted 30 mins. on this & I finally gave up.

    Very very stressful. Please fix it.

    The link https://support.bestwebsoft.com/- is correct. Our zendesk area is https://support.bestwebsoft.com. You need to follow this link, find the submit a request field, enter the necessary data and click the “Submit” button.
